What is Mental Health Coaching?

Mental Health Coaching is short-term wellness program that are provided by trained professionals who help people improve their well-being and work towards their clients with self-awareness and coping skills. BRVS help with a range of issues, including:
pre-marital conflicts, internal stressors, burnout, depression, grief, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, communication skills, and more.

While many may look down on the support Wellness Professionals provide; the industry of Mental Health Coaching has proven to be an effective method with the success rate of 96%.  Hence, this organic approach offers the right solution for millions.

Is Brave's a Medical Facility?

No. Brave Solyoutions is a non-clinical wellness center that provides professional advice and support on how to improve your life naturally without shaping your solutions around a clinical treatment, diagnosis, or prescribed medication. For almost 5 years BRVS has found the BEST and most EFFECTIVE way for our clients to experience mental peace from their past while detoxing their mental anguish that hinder them from feeling FREE emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Does Braves's Accept Insurance?

No. Unfortunantly, although we would love to offer the ability for our clients to pay via insurance, ANY non-clinical services are prohibited from billing for counseling. Hence, because our services aren't considered a “treatment” for anything, your health care insurance will not pay for these services.

How Long Has Been Established?

We have been physically established in the Atlanta  area for almost 5 years with 13 years of professional experience.

Are Kids Welcome?

Yes!  Although we don't prohibit children from coming, we do request that an adult or a trusted associate accompany them during your appointment.

What Age Groups Does Braves Accept for Coaching?

Over the years, we struggled with how we can help our youth spread their wings into an empowering and self-sufficient individual. We believe youths NEED to develop an identity they don't struggle with; and we have studied the importance of youths building trust and rapport with their professional, family, friends, and society.

Hence, as of August 15, 2024 we have opened the opportunity to work with our youths after we have thoroughly consulted with them. Along with resources, we believe in time, our youths will see the benefit in changing negative patterns while trusting us to enhance the best strengths and qualities. We believe that a youth's mental growth starts with the UNITY and EMOTIONAL support of their environment. Yes, without positive enforcements and provisions from the family and social circle, we are unable to provide a thorough and successful journey.

Our youth program is by request ONLY, and will be determined by the professional if services are a good fit for the circumstances presented.

What if I Need More Time Than Offered on the Packages?

Although our focus is to create a target goal for everyone to reach. We understand some journeys may need more time than others, and we completely understand that. If more time is needed beyond the 6 Months that is required to bloom into your desired goals; 
then we strongly encourage our clients to continue paying for their monthly package until they have reached their full potential happily and successfully.

Remember this is a Self-Pace Program, and we trust that in time, your goal to overcome negative behaviors, patterns, or belief systems will CHANGE with a positive and determined spirit to achieve the NEW you.

What Methods of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept all Electronic Transfer payments through the payment platforms of ZELLE and Square. We accept ALL Major Credit Cards and REQUIRE ALL Payments to be purchased in advance of their requested appointment.

Do BRVS Offer Crises Calls?

Unfortunately, we have made some adjustments to the support we can provide with "CRISIS CALLS". We understand at times, a client may experience a great level of emotional distress, that attacks their mental state in an unhealthy way. Hence before experiencing a meltdown, we have provided resources below to promise immediate support.

Calling the Crises Hotline will provide you a boost of confidence, awareness, and comfort you need to release the negative toxins and relax the tension with a renewed feeling that restores your emotional stability.

However, we understand as HARDWORKING and DEDICATED Coach Tia can be, she CAN'T cater to ALL crises in distress. Hence as of May 01, 2023- BRVS NO LONGER offers these services for FREE within your monthly plan, and requires a minimum of $85.00 and Up for Same-Day Appointments.
