Política de cancelación

"No Show” means any client who fails to arrive for their a scheduled appointment with their professional. When there is a "No Show" BRVS Team will notify their client, to ensure their loss of appointment, without the privilege of receiving a reschedule. “Same Day Cancellation” mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 Hours before their scheduled appointment. Hence a $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be applied for each cancelled appointment. “Late Arrival” means any client who arrives at their TeleCoach appointment 15 Minutes after their expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment; then this appointment will be cancelled by the staff. A notification of appointment will be sent to the client for update of scheduling purposes. For late arrivals, the session will still end on time. (Example: Appointment Time: 6:00 PM -7:00 PM| Client Arrives at 6:10 PM| Session will still end at 7:00 PM) NO REFUNDS🚫WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY COUNSELING, COACHING, OR ADVISORY CONSULTING SERVICES.
